Judy Ann Smith

Funeral services for Judy Ann Smith, 58, Fairmont, MN, formerly of Mankato, MN will be held on Wednesday, August 11th, 2004 at 10:30 am at the Truman Church of Christ with Rev. Merrill Davis officiating. Ms. Smith died Sunday morning, August 8th, 2004 at the Fairmont Medical Center-Mayo Health Systems. Olson-Zaharia Funeral Home of Truman is in charge of the arrangements. Judy Ann Wood was born on March 5, 1946 to Herbert and Evelyn (Julin) Wood in Park Rapids, MN. She grew up and attended school in Osage, MN where she graduated from High School. Judy was a Licensed Nurse Practitioner. Judy is survived by her mother, Evelyn Wood, Fairmont, MN and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother. Memorial contributions may be given to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
