Jeanette Harriet Wolf

Jeanette Harriet Kaiser was born on September 16th, 1910 in Wells, MN to Theodore and Martha (Miller) Kaiser. She attended Wells Public School and Mankato State University. Teaching school was her life work. She married Herbert J. Wolf on August 25, 1936 in Wells, MN. They both taught school all their lives until retiring. Jeanette worked with the primary children at Grace Lutheran Church for many years. All her life, teaching was her chosen profession. She enjoyed the outdoors and nature, especially while living on the farm. Reading, writing and art work were her fields of pleasure. Jeanette said, "God has blessed Herb and I for our long lives and the work that we both loved?. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont. Jeanette is survived by one daughter, Jean Eicker of Nampa, ID; one grandson, Asa Cronk of Appleton, WI; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Herb. In lieu of flowers, Jeanette preferred memorials be given to Grace Lutheran Church, Fairmont.
