Shane Clifford Terry

Shane Clifford Terry was born on November 9, 1993 in Mason City, IA to Erika Johnson and Joseph Terry. Shane attended schools in Truman, Wells, Fridley, Bloomington, Eagan, Lakeville and back to Truman. Shane enjoyed sports and was currently on the track team and football team. He enjoyed singing and acting was his passion. He collected matchbox cars, enjoyed fishing and treasured his time with his siblings. Shane was an avid reader and loved to do art projects. He was in Honors Choir, Band, Knowledge Bowl and was a Sophomore Class Officer. Shane was a true friend to many of his classmates and the students that he went to school with. He enjoyed Facebooking with his Facebook friends. He always had a joke for everyone. Shane touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Shane died on Saturday, May 22, 2010 in rural Truman as a result of an automobile accident. Shane is survived by his parents, Joseph and Angela Terry, of Truman and Erika Johnson of Trimont; brother and sister, Noah and Grace Terry of Truman; grandparents, Dave and Nancy Terry of Truman, Terry Arnold of Alden, IA, Sandy Morris of Great Mills, MD, Lonny Jensen of Ringstead, IA, Julie Hoscheid of Truman; great grandmother, Mary Hoscheid of Truman and Nancy Morris of Rockaway Beach, OR; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Shane was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marvin Johnson; grandfather, Mark Hoscheid; great grandfather, Marvin Hoscheid; uncle, Kevin Terry; and one cousin, Riley Dahlberg.
