Roger Lee Sorum

Roger Lee Sorum, 69, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia died on Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Mr. Sorum was born in Fairmont, Minnesota to the late Howard and Elda Niss Sorum. He lived in several states across the country before retiring to Georgia. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Marjorie Wisner; daughters, Wendi Sorum, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Kimberly (Nick) Orf, Woodbury, Minnesota; son Michael Sorum, Denver, Colorado; stepson, Jonathan Wisner, Colorado; four grandchildren, Nathan, Lucas, Haley and Lilly Orf; sister, Beverly Wharton, Rosemont, Minnesota and three nephews. Funeral services will be held in Truman, Minnesota on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Zaharia Family Funeral & Cremation Service with Pastor Richard Abel officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeside Cemetery in Fairmont, Minnesota. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 from 12-2:00 pm at Zaharia Family Funeral & Cremation Service of Truman.
