LeAnn Frances Black was born on May 28, 1938 in Willow Creek, Pleasant Mound Township, Blue Earth County, MN to Walter and Leona (Wilde) Black. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church-Willow Creek. She attended parochial school at St. John's Lutheran Church-Willow Creek. LeAnn attended Truman High School. She married Robert Kastning. Out of this marriage came 5 children. They later divorced. On September 24, 1976 LeAnn was united in marriage to Arlo Sager in Sioux Falls, SD. They lived and worked in the Fairmont area the remainder of her life. Her jobs included 3M, Fairmont Community Hospital, Woolworth's and she ended her working years with her husband at Sager Photography. LeAnn's hobbies included the outdoor shooting sports, ATV riding and was involved in all the local trap and shooting clubs. She was also very active in many other local clubs. LeAnn was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Fairmont, MN. LeAnn died on Friday March 29, 2013 at Mayo Health Systems-Fairmont.
LeAnn is survived by her husband of 36 years, Arlo Sager, Fairmont, MN; two daughters, Shelly Lenz and her husband Ron of Truman, MN, Cheryl Todtleben and her husband John of North Mankato, MN; three sons, Steven Kastning of Winnebago, MN, James Kastning of Fairmont, MN, Bryce Kastning of Duluth, MN; one step son, David Sager of WA; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents.
