Patricia Gale Hermann, a beacon of love, loyalty, and grace, graced this world with her presence for 83 remarkable years. On January 29, 2025, she passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire for generations to come. Born on November 28, 1941, in Charles City, Iowa, Pat's life journey was a testament to passion, dedication, and unwavering love for her family and friends.

In 1960, Pat embarked on a new chapter in life and married the love of her life, Clell “Carl” Hermann. Their love story was a testament to mutual respect, shared adventures, and enduring love. Together, they raised five wonderful children, Bobbie, Roy, Arleen, Shelly, and David who, in turn, blessed them with eight cherished grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Pat's family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories and traditions that will endure through the generations.

Pat was a dedicated homemaker, always putting her family first. She was the heart and soul of her family, providing a warm and loving home for her family. She was an active member of AA and Al-Anon, where she formed deep connections with like-minded individuals who shared her commitment to sobriety in her community and surrounding areas.

Pat's life was not without its challenges. She exhibited remarkable resilience when she faced the loss of her beloved husband, Carl, who passed away at the age of 84, and her daughter, Arleen, who passed away at the age of 61. Her strength, kindness, and unwavering patience were a testament to her character. Family and friends alike were inspired by her ability to navigate adversity with grace and resilience.

In lieu of funeral services, and to honor Pat's wishes, there will be no funeral services. A celebration of life will be held by family at a later date.

As we remember Pat, we celebrate a life well-lived, a love well-shared, and a legacy that will continue to inspire for generations to come. Patricia Gale Hermann, a loving wife and mother, a dedicated grandmother, a loyal friend, and a gracious soul, will forever live in our hearts, a beacon of love and light that will guide us through the years to come.
